Our classes are designed for children aged 4-12, as this is the key window for developing coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Where do classes take place?
Classes are held at various locations across Singapore, suited to your convenience. It can be

- Sheltered areas or void decks
Are the classes indoors or outdoors?
Our classes are mainly conducted outdoors, but we do adjust based on the weather. If it rains/too sunny, we’ll move to a sheltered area or reschedule if needed.
What is the class size?
Group classes have a maximum of 5-7 kids to ensure coaches can focus on every child.
For Private classes, your child/children will have exclusive training by themselves, for the best results.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, we offer private one-on-one or private group lessons for more personalized attention and focused skill development.

FMS training focuses on developing the basic movement abilities every child needs, such as like running, jumping, throwing, balancing, and catching. These are the building blocks for all physical activities and sports, and also support brain development, confidence, and coordination.
What is the cost of private/group classes?
We offer 4, 12, 20 class packages for our classes. These packages ensure that our classes stay affordable for parents, while we help their children grow and move confidently.
Private classes are more expensive than group classes due to their personalised training plan.
